    Hi Ela – Interesting post and very helpful. Listening to one’s body is very important. I know that listening when pain receptors tell you that something isn’t right comes naturally to everyone. But your post goes beyond that. The habit of slowing down and really listening is one that needs to be learned. I know that I struggle with this sometimes. I eat too fast and i don’t listen to what my body is telling me sometimes, like, “hey, your stomach is full! Stop shoving food into your mouth!” 

    Beyond that, it’s listening to the signs of stress, as you have outlined in your post. Your website is going to help many people!

Whether it’s that gentle tug to stretch after sitting for too long or the exhilarating rush of energy after a morning jog, our bodies are always whispering their wisdom. 
    And you’re right – it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, drowning out those subtle cues. But when we pause, breathe, and truly listen, magic happens.  Suddenly, we’re attuned to the symphony of sensations – the soft hum of contentment, the playful skip of joy, or even the quiet plea for rest. 
    I try to cherish the beautiful dance between mind, body, and soul and honor those whispers, nudges, and aches – they’re our compass guiding us toward balance and harmony.       Hello DDH, Thank you for your sweet comment, above all you have to start small for mindfulness and mindful eating . Try with a meal on the day or 3 meal on a week ,stay in present  take a breath and connect with the aroma ,look and the texture of your food , appreciate all the hands that prepared that for you , Start small and by the time you get so good at that I am sure.
