  2. Hey life is so damn busy and hurried today. Everyone is in such a damn rush and for good reason. So mindful eating and breathing is a great way of having mini meditations. People naturally go super unconscious when they eat through thousands of years of conditioning. So these are great to create peace of mind in a practical way.
