    This is a really good article and great advice on how to actually as you say be mindful of what you eat. I will be sharing this with some people I know who are guilty of “comfort eating”.

    I have been guilty of it myself in the past and I certainly gained a lot of weight before I snapped out of it and got back to the gym. It is so easy to fall into this trap, but this type of information in this article, it should definitely make people more aware of what they are ingesting and why before they do it.
