Great post, Ela!  I truly am very self-aware of how our eating habits can affect our overall thinking.  Due to my personal health issues, I have had to learn how to literally always think before I eat and purchase my groceries. Savoring my food is definitely my 1st priority, and making a special distraction time when I can eat and relax.
