Hello everyone, and a warm welcome to my website. Thank you for being here. I’m Ela, a mother and wife, passionate about traveling, nature walks, playing with my child, music, painting, and creating natural beauty products. I also enjoy surprising my family and friends with my invented food recipes, which have earned me some great compliments (lol).

Having grown up I noticed anytime I was surrounded by cheerful people, I’ve always been drawn to their positive vibes. With 25 years of practicing yoga and meditation, I’ve come to realize that being fully focused while doing something is the key to deeper joy, making life easier and more flowing. I won’t dwell on clichés you’ve likely heard before, but truly, the present moment holds the key.

In the busy rush of today’s life, where finding time for uplifting activities may be a challenge, we all eat (and perhaps even cook) daily. So, why not approach it in a slightly different way and add more value to our lives? What works for me surely can work for you too.
