Thank you for your comment ,well in my believe kids watch us every second, they pretty much think and act like we do .We must try to be more mindful and calm in managing every situation and I think we must make it playful and happy for them .They like simple happy stuff, good to make some activities with them sometimes and show them how you can manage the stress with your mindful attitude.
