    Hey, I think humans worldwide all crave mindfulness. The Western world that has especially drifted away from it. It is become extremely egoic. Add that to the addictive nature of phones and our extremely low attention spans. It is only gotten worse. But mental health is actually even worse than ever before. So I think there’s a desperate need for mindfulness today.  More than ever. I think historically before computers and smartphones. People were much more patient. More relaxed
